1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AccHubMMO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

4. Buying and Selling

Products listed on the Platform are sold by independent sellers. AccHubMMO facilitates transactions but is not responsible for product quality or seller behavior.

• Sellers must pay a one-time fee to list products
• Buyers must have sufficient wallet balance to make purchases
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

5. Payments and Fees

AccHubMMO uses a wallet-based system for transactions. All fees are displayed clearly before payment. Seller fees are one-time and non-refundable.

6. Account Logs (Private Data)

Account logs (credentials) provided by sellers are private and encrypted. Buyers receive access to logs only after successful payment. Logs are not shared publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and code, is the property of AccHubMMO and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

AccHubMMO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
